ARCH was created for the purpose of working with all interested public and private parties toward a goal of securing permanently affordable, sustainable housing for families and individuals in Blaine County.

Realizing affordable options are vital to maintaining the economic, social and environmental integrity of our Community, the Trust model was chosen by ARCH to provide a flexible vehicle for collaboration and creative long term solutions to meet the unique needs and character of our Community.
