Living at River Street
If you are 55 years of age or older and living on limited income, you may be eligible for one of the apartments soon to be completed on River Street in Hailey, Idaho. ARCH Community Housing Trust has received an allocation of funding which will enable us to construct 24 one and two bedroom apartments on this convenient downtown site in Hailey. Each apartment will feature a private outdoor space, energy star appliances and an in unit washer and dryer hook up. Some units will be wheel chair accessible and all will be wheel chair adaptable. The building also includes a community room with a kitchenette, a laundry facility, an exercise room, a library / computer room and several common outdoor areas.
