Construction of the River Street Senior Community project is under way and scheduled to open late spring 2012.

River Street Apartments will consist of 24 units of rental housing for low income senior households aged 55 and older.  The project will be comprised of a single building.  The first floor will include at-grade interior parking, offices and community space and be post tension concrete deck construction.  The balance of the three story building will be wood frame construction.  The building will have 14 one bedroom units ranging from $525-$595 per month and 10 two bedroom units ranging $625-4695 per month with multiple common rooms and spaces.  The building will include elevator service and be approximately 26,600 square feet in size.
